Get entered for your chance to win one of 10 prizes worth over $1000 by spending $50 at any of our participating restaurants.

How To Play

  • Make a purchase of a minimum of $5 to get started. Each loyalty card records up to $50 of spend.

  • Upon cashing out, request cashier/waitress initial appropriate spots (up to total spend). If you spend more than $50, feel free to request a second card for an additional entry.

  • Keep the card and reuse on your next visit or use it at other participating restaurants.

  • Once you have spent a total of $50 and have all slots initialed by restaurant staff, you're now eligible to enter a chance to win prizes.

    How to enter:

    • Scan the QR Code on the back of the card which will direct you to our website, click the 'Enter to Win' button. Complete the form and add a photo of the back of your card, be certain to include your full name and contact information on the card.

    • OR drop off the card at the Berlin-Peck Memorial Library, be certain to include your full name and contact information on the card. All entries will be reviewed and confirmed for authenticity.

    All entries will be reviewed and confirmed for authenticity. All forms (including cards) are to be entered no later than 9:00 PM April 15th, the drawing will take place at 12:00 PM Tuesday, April 18th, and prizes will be distributed the week of April 24th.
